My Client based in Whitfield, Dover are looking for a Catering Assistant to join their team due to an Internal Promotion.

You will be working in my Client’s on site Truck Park Cafe assisting the Head Chef and Truck Park Manager with the smooth running of the cafe.

You will be required to work 3 days on, 3 days off (to include weekends and bank holidays) with a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. Morning shifts are 6.15am – 2.30pm and afternoons are 2.15pm – 11pm.

Own transport is required for this role due to location (there are no public transport links to site).

In this role you will be required to;
* Take and serve orders of food, drink and alcohol
* Provide excellent customer service
* Keep the cafe clean using good hygiene practices
* Assisting with opening and closing of the cafe
* Making menu suggestions and ensuring the profitability of the cafe

The ideal candidate will have;
* Any experience of working front of house
* A keen eye for detail
* A passion for customer service
* Any catering experience
