We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Branch Managers to join our expanding business.

Each position requires someone who is dedicated, driven and with the right support has the ability to move the business forward and grow the branch. We are looking for someone hands on who will be an integral part of the delivery of service to work seekers and employers within the local areas.

Predominantly you will be working within the Industrial Recruitment Sector you need to be able to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment. Ideally previous exposure to dealing with volume recruitment will be advantageous.

You will need to have a passion for recruitment and achieving results to delivery continuous improvements. You will need the ability to establish clear goals and set a strategy on how to achieve them. Being able to encourage personal development within your team is essential.

Having a strong “Can do” attitude and being able to go the extra mile is something that is fitting with the company ethos and vision.

Your day to day responsibilities will include

  • Resourcing for a variety of positions both temporary and permanent
  • Implementing a sales strategy for the branch / team members
  • Recognising the training needs within the team and delivering / arranging for these to be delivered
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the area and developing strong working relationships
  • Building on existing relationships / partnerships to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Account management
  • Promoting the business to build local relationships
  • Working within a budget for the branch and working towards achieving agreed targets
  • Managing KPIs
  • Implementing an attraction strategy to continue to raise the profile of the business
  • Internal recruitment of Consultants and support network staff

We are looking for someone who is looking to make a move in their career where they can really develop a branch and enter into new sectors if they see an opportunity!

You will need to have a demonstrable and successful track record in recruitment or similar industry. Successful experience in B2B sales, management or a business development role would be preferred. You must be “a people person” and have excellent customer service skills to install in the team around you. Again this is a hands on role and you will need to be able to work alongside your team to achieve high standards and develop new business.
