As a recruitment agency, integrity and transparency is of the utmost importance to all of us at MC Personnel.
That’s why we’d like to officially share some of our official partnerships with you.
Stronger Together
What is Stronger Together?
Stronger Together is an impact drive, not-for-profit organisation that provides businesses with practical training, resources, business services and collaborative programmes in order to create a world where all worked are recruited responsibly and have fair work, free from exploitation.
Why is it important to MC Personnel?
We are determined as a team to always ensure that our candidates and the workers supplied to YOUR businesses are recruited in a fair, responsible way.
We are passionate about the recruitment industry as a whole, and as we welcome new members to the team the S2G resources are a perfect way to educate and train our consultants.
It is key to us as an agency that both our clients and candidates feel supported and that work free from exploitation is a given.

Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority Licensed
The Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority works in partnership to ensure the safety of labour workers across England & Wales.
Working alongside organisations such as the police, the National Crime Agency (NCA), and other government law enforcement agencies, the GLAA work to protect vulnerable and exploited workers from labour abuse.
What is the benefit of a GLAA license?
As a whole, industry standards are raised.
Candidates and workers who work for agencies such as MC Personnel do not have to worry about unfair treatment, pay, poor working conditions or lack of benefits.
For you? Well, knowing that your labour providers are GLAA licensed means that you can be sure that your workers are coming from a legitimate provider! It’s also worth noting that if your labour provider ever has their license revoked, you would be informed swiftly.
What does it mean to us at MCP?
We take pride in ensuring our candidates have a good experience while working through us, so basic human rights such as fair treatment, fair pay and good working conditions are a non-negotiable for us!
If you’d like to read up more on the GLAA and what they do to help vulnerable and exploited individuals within the labour industry, you can visit their website here.
These are just two of our partnerships, we also have memberships with the REC, the ALP,
