Our client is looking for a site manager to join there team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established logistics company.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, Hours are Monday to Friday on days but will need to be flexible when the need arises.

Experience in a fast paced warehouse/logistics environment is essential for this role.

Duties

Reporting to the Operations Manger.

To ensure the Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed.

Manage the activities and resources to achieve financial, operational and customer service objectives.

Planning and manage staff requirements within budgets.

To ensure equipment is operational and checks are made and maintained.

Manage KPI’S.

You will need to be Customer Focused.

Experience in using RFI/Scanners Be able to coach, train and motivate staff. Numerate and literate.

Be able to think on your feet and make decisions.

Ability to handle conflict situations.

PC and WMS systems literate.

Own Transport is essential due to location, there may be at times to cover holiday and sickness to work at the Darenth Depot.
