MC Personnel are currently helping a well established venue in their search for a Head Chef.

This is a permanent role with interviews and an immediate start available!

You will be required to work flexible shifts to include some evenings and weekends.

As a Head Chef you will be responsbile for but not limited to the running of the kitchen, managing staff, designing new dishes and menu ideas.

Any experience working in a gastro pub or high end resturant background would be highly desirable.

Own transport is desirable due to location and also at times, you may also be required to work at other resturants to cover holidays etc.
