Office Support

  1. 25 sales and support staff dedicated to your personnel requirements
  2. Gravesend and Gillingham branches to offer additional support
  3. Network of two branches
  4. Relationships with all local Job Centres to assist with recruiting local staff
  5. Support, covered by a trained consultant/Manager to R.E.C standard
  6. 7 days a week, 24 hour cover - Out of hours Emergency Number 07778 383551 (365 days a year)
  7. Onsite Co-ordinators if required
  8. Daily/Weekly site visits (if applicable)

Transport Support

  1. Offer staff transport at no extra charge to the client
  2. Our Transport operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  3. Full Operators Licence (currently for 10 buses with the option to increase to 20)
  4. 2 x C.P.C Holders
  5. All are professional, PSV certificated drivers - many have been with us 7 years +

Quality Assurance to the client from MC Personnel

  1. A Independent Agency able to adapt to your bespoke Business Needs
  2. A Database with a Matching facility to search for a suitable Candidate with the correct skills.
  3. Each candidate interviewed on a one-to-one basis
  4. We endeavour to obtain 2 references per candidate
  5. All MC personnel to complete a standard H & S declaration and to complete any additional paperwork unique to your requirements
  6. Health and Hygiene briefing is given to each applicant
  7. Manual Handling Training (by qualified trainers)
  8. Numeric, Literacy and Visual Evaluation (if applicable)
  9. Renewal of training for all temporary workforce on a yearly basis
  10. A Full induction given to each candidate before entering the work place
  11. Unsuitable candidates can be replaced within 24 hours
  12. Continued training for all internal staff - MC Staff qualified as trainers and keep all MC staff updated on legislation etc...
  13. Weekly Visits & Monthly/Quarterly review meetings (if applicable)
  14. A valid G.L.A License - renewed annually
  15. MC Personnel are accredited members of the R.E.C (Institute of Recruitment Professionals)
  16. Accredited with I.I P (Investors in People)
  17. Our internal Staff consistently attend training courses run by specialist Recruitment companies such as Lander Associates* (recognised by R.E.C as accredited trainers), HR & Training Consultants and also attend training for clients with bespoke needs such as; Wincanton, GDL etc...
  18. Membership with F.S.B - offering further support on Health & Safety and Employment Law
